1. LOSE WEIGHT
- control food intake. no unnecessary snacks in between meals. drink juice instead of muching down on chips, etc.
- drink lots of water. at least 1 liter per day
- spend less on food. 150 per day maximum.
- live healthier. no to fast food, chips, etc.
- learn how to eat vegetables. bleh. okay, fruits would do. haha.)
2. SAVE MONEY
- open a new bank account. a must.
- monitor expenses. 150 maximum for daily expenses.
- find inspiration to save money :)). update "random wants" list.
- find an investment, if possible.
3. DO BETTER IN MY STUDIES
- say goodbye to procrastination. no to late requirements
- sleep early to wake up early. 10pm bed time.
4. BE A BETTER PERSON
- be an active Kyther
- visit Virlanie Foundation again this January
- have more patience with other people
- do at least 100 good deeds for 2011 :)
